　　饮料厂开张，厂长好不容易请来了工商局钟科长进行剪彩仪式，讨个好彩头，哪知道在仪式进行的过程中，剪刀出了问题，怎么也剪不断彩带。尴尬和情急之中，小舅子阿满（李丁 饰）提出，可以用火烧断彩带，同样也意味着红红火火，可是，笨手笨脚的他在点火的过程中，竟然不小心把钟科长的衣服给点燃了，闹了天大的笑话。
